This website is operated by the Controller and is intended to provide legal services.

Your use of the website constitutes your full and express consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy (“the Policy”).

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal data of visitors/users of the website (“User”, “you”).

When you use the website and in particular when you fill in a contact form or send a request – the following data may be collected: full name, telephone number, email address, postal address (if provided), content of your message or inquiry.

We already use cookies/pixels and third-party services for analytics, marketing and personalization, and you hereby consent to this use.

The data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing the services and actions described herein.

In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law – we are required to provide you with clear notification at the time of data collection: whether data is mandatory or voluntary, the purpose of collection, the identity of the Controller, third parties who receive the data, and whether cross-border transfers occur.

This Policy is published in three languages: Hebrew (initial version), English and German.

 

  1. International Transfers / Third-Party Processors

It is possible that your data is processed or stored on cloud services or transmitted to third-party providers abroad.

We transfer data from our systems in Israel to foreign countries – in particular Europe and the United States.

Your consent to use of the website constitutes your express consent to such transfer and processing abroad, as described herein.

Your data will be retained by us until such time as we determine to delete or archive it – with no fixed retention period.

After a certain period of retention, data will be deleted or archived, in accordance with our internal retention/archiving policy.

You may contact us at any time and request deletion or archiving of your data, though no fixed timeline for deletion is guaranteed.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data: encryption, access controls, backups, monitoring and system updates.

Important: Despite our efforts – you should bear in mind that any data you submit may become exposed, and you submit it at your own risk.

In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 2017 and onwards, we conduct risk assessments and backups, but cannot guarantee zero risk.

You are entitled to contact us with requests for: inspection of the personal data we hold about you; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; deletion or restriction of processing your data (in accordance with law).

Under Amendment 13 you are also entitled to receive information about which recipients received your data, the purposes of processing, and where applicable the transfer of your data.

 

  1. Consent & Consequences of Refusal

By using the website and submitting your data you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Despite our adoption of the best possible security measures – we cannot guarantee zero risk. By using the website you acknowledge and agree accordingly.

If you refuse to provide the required data or do not consent to the use of cookies/third-party services as described in this Policy – you may not be able to use certain parts of the website or receive some of the services offered.

There is no separate opt-out option for this Policy – use of the website = acceptance of the terms.
